Since launching his first franchise in February 2020, the business has expanded from 14 agents to 337, operating as a real estate conglomerate of 7 franchises, to be the #1 Iron Valley franchise in the nation.

These franchises span across coastal Virginia and Northeast North Carolina. Over the past four years, the enterprise has serviced over 10,000 families, achieving over $3 billion in sales volume, averaging 270 units and $90 million in monthly transactions. Mike's personal sales volume exceeds $100 million, and his entrepreneurial portfolio generates $3.5 million in annual revenue with double-digit year-over-year increases.
